This project hasn't started like the others; It fell into my lap by chance. A BIMM London performance student contacted me after being told by a mutual friend that I could help his project come to life. I received a 220MB Logic X file via internet transfer and a pass to make whatever edits I choose. 


I'v looked at the project... It's a  mess. Makers and arrangement are out of sync, tracks aren't named properly, and probably most important of all... the production sucked. Granted, it was made by a performance student who could just about grasp...

My first development plan was pretty simple... strip out as much waste as I could. Drums? Gone: They sounded rubbish and uninteresting. Guitar? Gone: boring, out of tune and so out of time I couldn't be bothered to "flex time" them in Logic.
